Welcome to Illuminate Learning

Illuminate Learning is a modest attempt at bringing science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education into the broader context of solar power and sustainable energy. Learning in the context of such a vital subject matter simultaneously provides motivation for students, and helps prepare our youth for a challenging, and yet extremely promising, future in addressing vital issues of the 21st century. Context, coupled with the rewards of a hands-on experience, provide a powerful education. Illuminate Learning designs, builds and tests mobile solar experimental stations for hands on learning and curriculum development at the K-12 grade level.

Illuminate Learning, LLC was founded in early 2011 and represents the efforts of two engineers with backgrounds in science, energy engineering, technology development, and education. Providing a product line of diverse and powerful hands-on learning tools for all grade levels, Illuminate Learning also seeks to unite and facilitate collaboration between educators on the principle of providing a strong science, engineering, technology, and mathematics education in the context of sustainable energy systems and hands-on learning.
